Our 2017 Board Member Leadership Summit was a great success. The Saturday HOA Brunch on AM 1380 ‘The Answer’ hosted a live radio show from the event, guest speakers Darren Bevan and John Hansen discussed 2017 Case Law Updates. Following the Live Radio broadcast, Board Members moved to concurrent sessions where Dave Diffenderfer and La Vonne Finley discussed “Developing a Long-Term Landscaping Plan”, Deon Stein Discussed “Tackling Compliance Issues: Can We Ignore This?”, Gary Porter discussed “What is a Capitol Improvement project?” and Bill Shewman and Dane Shewman Discussed “How to Prevent Deferred Maintenance Nightmares”. In closing Rolf Crocker – CEO of OMNI Community Management shared his presentation on “A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats”. A special thanks goes out to all the vendors that sponsored and participated in this event.
