OMNI Community Management, LLC (OMNI), is in the midst of unprecedented growth and is proud to announce that we have acquired the business operations of Association Communications, Inc. (ACI), effective April 1, 2018. OMNI CEO Rolf Crocker and ACI CEO Caroline McCormick have combined their more than 60 years of HOA experience to offer clients OMNI’s core values of Trust, Team, and Transparency with the outstanding customer service you’ve always received from ACI. Operations will remain the same for both firms as we integrate best practices of both companies under the OMNI Brand with Rolf Crocker as CEO.

 

The company will continue to be a specialist focusing on its HOA clients, offering management, accounting and consulting services with an emphasis on Manager Training and Credentialing, Educational Opportunities for our volunteer community leaders, and verified, prescreened, top talent vendors at your service. With the addition of ACI’s clients, OMNI now manages over 100 homeowner associations in Northern California.

 

ACI was founded in 1992 by CEO Caroline McCormick, who announced, “I’ve known Rolf Crocker for more than 20 years, served on the CAI Board of Directors with him for three years, and enjoyed working with him as a vendor partner. I selected Rolf because of his core family values and high business ethics. Together we’ll offer a strong product to our clients.” Caroline will continue on with OMNI in an executive role ensuring that all of the OMNI and former ACI clients receive top notch, dedicated, professional service from a great team.
