Ask the Expert 2022 - Legal Updates
We are excited to announce that we held our first complimentary educational event for 2022, Ask the Expert – 2022 Legal Update for Volunteer Community Leaders. In our first educational offering for 2022, John Hansen of Baydaline and Jacobsen LLP, helped educate Board Members on changes in the industry including Legislative Updates, Case Law Updates, and offered a Q and A.

Ask the Expert 2022 - Association Reserves
We are excited to announce that we held our second complimentary educational event for 2022, Ask the Expert – 2022 Association Reserves for Volunteer Community Leaders. In our first educational offering for 2022, Derek Eckert of Association Reserves, helped educate Board Members on Homeowner Association Reserve Studies, The UPlanit Software and a Q and A.

OMNI also holds an annual Board Member Conference, usually around the beginning of the second quarter. The Conference is held locally in Sacramento and provides boards with relevant information about case law, vendor sessions and information about OMNI.
We encourage all homeowners association board members to attend, even if OMNI is not your current management firm. Reservations are required.
